Who I am

Psychologist, Certified Behavior Analyst SIACSA [Italian Society of Behavior Analysts in the Experimental and Applied Field].

Coordinator at Fondazione Istituto Ospedaliero d Sospiro ONLUS, Department of Disabilities (adults)

For years I have been working with people with severe disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and behavioral disorders in the residential setting. I coordinate a team of socio-health workers and this role requires:

• the promotion of micro-organizational interventions (OBM);

• the planning of enabling interventions, through the application of behavioral sciences;

• the promotion of people's Quality of Life (Schalock model).

As a freelancer, I supervise contact operators (educators, assistants, etc.), for the implementation of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) psycho-educational interventions, aimed at adolescents and adults.
